Retain and gain-it’s that simple and what the numbers tell us. The National Apartment Association (NAA) reports the average national turnover rate consistently ranges between 60% - 62%. With rent loss, turnover costs, and advertis-ing, its seven times more expensive to find new residents. This half-day workshop is designed for both the seasoned and new apartment industry professional. Leasing consultants, groundskeepers, bookkeepers, managers and maintenance staff are encouraged to participate. |
